Return Policy

We maintain a 30-day return policy, which stipulates that you have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return request.

To be considered for a return, the merchandise must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags attached, inclusive of its original packaging. A receipt or other proof of purchase is also required.

Upon acceptance of your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Upon receipt of your order, please inspect the merchandise and immediately report any defects, damages, or incorrect items received so that we may address and rectify the issue promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are ineligible for return, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). Returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases are also not accepted. For questions or concerns regarding specific items, please contact us.

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable and cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

To expedite the process of obtaining your desired item, it is recommended to return the existing item and subsequently make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For merchandise shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without providing a justification. The returned item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to confirm whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Return Shipping Costs

Please be advised that the cost of return shipping shall be borne by the customer. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the returned item is shipped back to us in accordance with our return instructions and policies.
